Job summary

Walmart Sam's Club in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Bakery/Packager to help prepare fresh baked items daily, follow recipes, wrap, label and store merchandise for our members. You will work in a fast-paced team to ensure satisfied members and high quality products.

You’ll maintain a clean, organized work area, assist members with bakery orders, and uphold food safety standards while contributing to a collaborative bakery team. This position advertises competitive hourly pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Willing to complete required trainings and adhere to policies.

Responsibilities

• Be a Team Member: collaborates with associates to build a strong bakery team and support business needs.
• Be an Expert: follow recipes, prepare bakery merchandise, wrap, label, store items, and ensure food safety and inventory accuracy.
• Be a Techie: use handheld devices to assist with production, ordering and product quality in service of members.
• Be an Owner: maintain clean, compliant work areas and ensure proper packaging and labeling.
