Job summary

The GIANT Company is hiring at our Winchester, VA store to support bakery and in-store operations, including baking, stocking, labeling, and customer-facing tasks, with oversight of Starbucks.

You will review the shift schedule, prepare equipment and PPE, train team members, maintain safety, cleanliness, and accurate pricing. Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and meet the physical and attendance standards.

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must be able to read, write, and communicate to complete duties safely and effectively.
• Must be 18 years of age and pass probation period.
• Must meet ergonomic and physical requirements and use equipment safely.
• Must maintain company performance standards including attendance.

Responsibilities

• Review work schedule at shift start and prepare PPE and supplies.
• Enter orders, schedule work, supervise and train team members, stock items.
• Assemble, bake, package, label and display baked goods; adjust pricing as needed.
• Clean and sanitize all surfaces, tools, cases, and floors.
• Oversee Starbucks operations within the store.
