Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in leading a high-volume mixing room or production team.
• Knowledge of bakery ingredients, formulations, and high-volume mixing equipment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily mixing room activities to meet production schedules.
• Direct, train, and mentor laborers and mixing technicians.
• Monitor safety, GMPs, HACCP, and allergen control.
• Operate commercial mixing machinery as required.
• Enforce Accident Prevention Rules and maintain clean work areas.
• Maximize machine uptime and minimize ingredient waste.
