Tyson Foods, Inc. in Claremont, NC is seeking candidates for multiple production operator roles on all shifts. Responsibilities include set-up and operation of forming, proofing, baking, and cooling equipment, ensuring GMP compliance, and monitoring product quality.

Training will cover safety, QA checks, and documentation across line, mixer, and blend plant tasks. Candidates must have 6 months operating production machinery in manufacturing, with willingness to work varied shifts and comply with

Competenze

• 6 months work experience operating production machinery in a manufacturing facility.
• Candidates who have previously worked for Tyson will have a minimum rehire waiting period of 180 days and are limited to 3 times of employment.

Mansioni

• Learn and follow all safety procedures related to the set up and operation of the equipment, including the lock-out/tag-out procedure
• Demonstrate the ability to assemble and operate all equipment as designed, as well as understand the function of the equipment.
• Inspect equipment, parts, and dough hooks to verify they are in good repair and sanitary, prior to set up.
• Must be knowledgeable in all safety guidelines pertaining to mixing / blending and display the ability to conduct safe work habits in accordance with all developed standards.
• Must be knowledgeable in all GMP. standards pertaining to personal hygiene and the mixing / blending process.
• Inspect all raw materials for possible contaminants and report any discrepancies to Quality Assurance.
