Palermo Villa, Inc. in Milwaukee, WI is seeking a Bakery Mixer/Machine Operator for a 12-hour night shift on-site at our canal street facility.

You will operate and monitor bakery production equipment, ensuring product quality and food safety while supporting changeovers, sanitation, and continuous improvement. The role requires hands-on manufacturing experience, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing or food production experience preferred.
• Experience operating production equipment required.
• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Follow work instructions, SOPs, and food safety procedures.
• Basic math and measurement skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality.
• Ability to communicate effectively and work well on a team.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor bakery production equipment.
• Set up equipment and verify production specifications before startup.
• Monitor dough temperatures, quality, and production flow.
• Make equipment adjustments to maintain quality and maximize efficiency.
• Perform routine troubleshooting to minimize downtime and report concerns.

What You'll Do…
