You will partner with the Bakery Manager to ensure smooth operations, manage inventory, and train Associates while maintaining strict food-safety practices. The role emphasizes delivering an exceptional customer experience, supporting department sustainability, and advancing to higher levels of bakery leadership.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of leadership experience, preferably in a managerial role.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Possess business acumen and excellent time management skills.
• Demonstrate a thorough understanding of and commitment to food safety practices.
• Ability to work in varied temperature-controlled environments, including refrigerators and freezers.
• Strong attention to detail, business acumen, self-motivation, and the capability to work independently.
• Flexibility to accommodate a varied schedule, including nights and weekends, to support operational needs.

• Managing inventory by ordering, displaying, and maintaining bakery items.
• Assisting in training, developing, and motivating Associates to foster a cohesive and high-performing team.
• Upholding cleanliness and sanitation standards, adhering to proper food-handling protocols.
• Providing friendly and exceptional service to all customers.

Qualifications for Success:

• 1+ years of experience in a leadership capacity, preferably in a managerial role, showcasing your ability to inspire and guide others effectively
• Hold a high school diploma or equivalent qualification
• Possess business acumen and excellent time management skills.
• Demonstrate a thorough understanding of and commitment to food safety practices.
• Ability to work in varied temperature-controlled environments, including refrigerators and freezers.
• Strong attention to detail, business acumen, self-motivation, and the capability to work independently.
• Flexibility to accommodate a varied schedule, including nights and weekends, to support operational needs.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
• Ability to push and pull up to 90 lbs of force occasionallyOccasional: Sitting and climbing; frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, squatting, and handling
