Position Summary:

The Nothing Bundt Cakes (NbC) Bakery Manager/Lead Operator directs the team and oversees daily operations, including guest experience, cake production, brand and merchandise presentation, work environment, P&L management, and inventory control. The role aims to drive sales and profitability while maintaining high-quality cakes, a welcoming environment, and superior service. The Bakery Manager/Lead Operator embodies NbC core values, fosters a joyful culture, and builds team commitment to guests and the brand.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Understanding of retail math and P&L principles, including sales and profitability drivers.
• Ability to analyze business and financial data, identify improvement areas, and implement action plans.
• Strong guest focus, interpersonal skills, and effective communication, both oral and written.
