Qualifications

• Previous experience in bakery management is a must.
• At least 1–2 years in bakery management.
• Decorate cakes, cupcakes, cookies and other baked goods to standard.

Responsibilities

• Set and achieve the highest standards.
• Supervise, schedule and assign duties to team members.
• Provide customers with exceptional service.
• Interview, train and develop team members to build a high-performing team.
• Maintain positive work environment and morale.
• Manage inventory and pricing to meet margins and labor targets.
