Job summary

The Fresh Market is seeking a Bakery Manager in Center Valley, AR to lead the bakery team, manage inventory, and ensure pricing integrity. The role requires driving efficiency, delivering high-quality baked goods, and maintaining safety standards across fast-paced operations.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, making recommendations, supervising ordering and stock, handling specialty breads, and coaching teammates using internal training resources to deliver exceptional guest service.

Qualifications

• 3 years of management experience in grocery retail, restaurant, baking, and/or culinary fields.
• Ability to read, understand and follow planograms, layouts, and schematics for merchandising.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and proactively assist them with accurate and timely service.
• Make recommendations and accommodate requests.
• Manage order guides, ordering deadlines, shrink reduction, and damaged goods.
