McKeever Price Chopper is seeking an experienced Bakery Manager to lead our bakery department with excellence. You will oversee daily bakery operations, supervise staff, ensure food safety standards, and drive customer satisfaction through quality and service.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Prior experience in bakery management or food production leadership required.
• Knowledge of bakery operations, food safety standards, and recipe compliance.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and manage bakery team members, ensuring high standards for service and performance
• Oversee production schedules for breads, pastries, cakes, and specialty items
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and quality control guidelines
• Monitor and manage inventory, ordering, and product rotation
• Support and execute custom cake orders, seasonal promotions, and merchandising displays
• Drive department sales and profitability through product knowledge and team engagement
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Communicate effectively with store leadership and team members
