Position Overview:

As the Bakery Manager, you will oversee daily bakery operations, product presentation, staff supervision, and customer satisfaction. You will play a critical role in maintaining department performance, food safety standards, and inspiring a positive, team‑oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, train, and manage bakery team members, ensuring high standards for service and performance

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Prior experience in bakery management or food production leadership required

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and delegate effectively
• Customer-focused with a passion for food and service
• Willing to obtain a food handler permit (assistance provided by McKeever’s)

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for long periods (up to 8 hours)
• Frequent lifting (up to 50 lbs), reaching, bending, and repetitive motions
• Comfortable working in warm and cold environments
• Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed
