Nothing Bundt Cakes is seeking a friendly, hands-on Bakery Manager to help run the bakery, support the team, and deliver an amazing guest experience every day. The role emphasizes leadership, training, quality control, and smooth daily operations within a franchise setting.

You will manage scheduling, uphold hygiene standards, and ensure a welcoming environment for guests while driving growth and advancement opportunities within the team.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of food/retail leadership experience preferred.
• Strong communication & people-first mindset.
• Organized, dependable, ready to jump in wherever needed.
• Flexible availability (mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays).
