You will supervise a team, manage production planning, merchandising, and regulatory compliance, while driving sales and guest satisfaction.

The role requires strong leadership, coaching, and communication, with a focus on teamwork, training, and high standards in a fast-paced retail bakery environment. Flexible availability may be needed.

Main Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Bakery Department operations, ensuring high standards for quality, freshness, presentation, and customer service
• Foster a welcoming, customer‑focused environment and resolve customer concerns and special orders
• Plan and execute daily bakery production based on sales trends and seasonal demand
• Execute merchandising plans, promotions, planograms, and seasonal programs
• Manage department sales, labor, scheduling, ordering, inventory, and shrink
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and regulatory requirements
• Hire, train, coach, and develop bakery associates while promoting teamwork and accountability
