Job summary

CONSUMER DIRECTED SERVICES INC. is seeking a store department supervisor to lead daily operations, supervise staff, and ensure adherence to company standards to meet performance goals.

You will manage inventory, scheduling, training, and development of associates, while driving KPI achievement and maintaining store appearance and customer service excellence in a fast-paced retail environment. Strong communication, organization, and leadership are essential, with a focus on People First culture

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Preferred retail and supervisory experience.
• Strong communication, organization, leadership, strategic planning and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in retail systems and MS Office.
• Bilingual Spanish desirable.

• Monitor KPI achievement and execute company policies and standards, including promotional activities and store cleanliness.

Qualifications & Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent, with preferred retail and supervisory experience.
• Strong communication, organization, leadership, strategic planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in retail systems and MS Office.
• Bilingual skills (Spanish) are desirable.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand, walk, and perform physical tasks in a varied environment.
