The Role

Compensation Details

Base Pay: $22.00 – $25.00 per hour, based on experience

Performance Bonus: Eligible for our team performance bonus, paid monthly

Earned On: Store sales, profitability, labor management, food‑safety audits, and customer satisfaction

Total Target Comp: $[__] – $[__] per year, including bonus potential

Physical Requirements

This position requires moderate physical activity. Employees must have sufficient strength to perform the duties and responsibilities of the position including moderate lifting (up to 50 pounds), walking, bending, stooping, kneeling, and squatting.
