ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Take essential responsibility for the business performance of their respective stores.
• Ensure sales profitability through service excellence and lean operation.
• Prepare periodic reports, including sales control, employee scheduling, etc.
• Organize and supervise employee shifts.
• Participate in management and personnel meetings.
• Check stock levels and order supplies and materials.
• Store associates will be expected to cross‑train in each department including Bread, Cake, POS, and Bar.
• Maintain high standards of quality control, hygiene, and health & safety.
• Perform additional duties at the store when circumstances dictate.

Qualifications

• Associate/Bachelor degree preferred.
• Minimum of two (2) years progressive experience in fast food or other related food operations, at a leadership level position.
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to multitask and work with tight deadlines to meet new or changing demands.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel.
• Good attendance and availability to work overtime when needed.
• Excellent work ethic and teamwork concepts.
• Adapt and demonstrate thorough understanding of the 85°C concept.
• Availability to work on weekends and holidays.

Physical Requirements

This position requires moderate physical activity. Employees must have sufficient strength to perform duties and responsibilities including moderate lifting (up to 50 pounds), walking, bending, stooping, kneeling, and squatting. The role requires nearly continuous standing and walking with repetitive hand motions and reaching overhead. Employees may be exposed to extreme temperatures of coolers and freezers.
