Job summary

85°C Bakery Cafe in California is seeking Storefront Associates to join our team. You will help customers, bake bread, decorate cakes and make drinks, while delivering outstanding service in a fast-paced environment. Weekend availability is strongly preferred.

We value reliability, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask across departments. Training provided. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or higher required.
• Fast food or retail experience preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
• Able to communicate in English effectively and work as part of a team.
• Maintain excellent work ethic and teamwork concepts.
• Adhere to Health Department regulations; ServSafe certification preferred.
• Available to work at least 20 hours per week; weekend/holiday availability preferred.
