Bimbo Bakeries USA is hiring for a maintenance-focused role in the Topeka area. The successful candidate will perform preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance on bakery equipment, ensuring safety and efficiency in a fast-paced production environment.

Must be 18+, able to operate power tools, read English documents, and work with standard office equipment. The job involves physical tasks, up to 50 pounds, and stairs in a multi-level plant.

Formación

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to use all power tools, hand tools, drill presses, shop tools, etc.
• Ability to read and interpret documents in English
• Able to use a notebook computer and standard office equipment
• Capable of sitting, standing, stooping and using hand motor coordination regularly
• Able to move up and down building stairs in a multi-level plant
• Exposure to hazards of machinery and equipment in a baking environment
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and carry or stand for prolonged periods in a hot environment.

Responsabilidades

• Perform maintenance activities to keep equipment safe, functional and efficient by executing preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance actions.
• Learn and demonstrate competency at maintaining and troubleshooting process equipment to progress through training programs.
• Complete all assigned work orders within the time allotted.
