Job summary

Aspire Bakeries LLC in Swedesboro, NJ is seeking a Specialist, Bakery- Maintenance (EMS) – 2nd Shift to maintain all plant electrical and control systems, including electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, mechanical, and network subsystems while ensuring production schedules and equipment reliability.

You will document work, troubleshoot failures, train Electro-Mechanics across shifts, and perform preventive, scheduled, and corrective maintenance on production equipment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree preferred.
• AS/AAS in Electrical or Electronics Engineering preferred.
• Practical experience in installing and maintaining electrical/control systems.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical, mechanical, and control system documentation.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update documentation for electrical/control systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical and control-related failures to minimize downtime.
• Train Electro-Mechanics across shifts to ensure consistent maintenance practices.
• Perform preventive, scheduled, and corrective repairs on production equipment and control systems.
• Maintain secondary plant systems (steam, water, air, refrigeration, HVAC, emissions).
• Ensure safety, GMP, and regulatory standards are followed during maintenance.
• Document maintenance work accurately per work orders and procedures.
