Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a leadership capacity, preferably in a managerial role
• Hold a high school diploma or equivalent qualification
• Possess business acumen and excellent time management skills
• Demonstrate a thorough understanding of and commitment to food safety practices
• Ability to work in varied temperature-controlled environments, including refrigerators and freezers
• Strong attention to detail, business acumen, self-motivation, and the capability to work independently
• Flexibility to accommodate a varied schedule, including nights and weekends, to support operational needs

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Bakery Manager to facilitate smooth and efficient operations
• Manage inventory by ordering, displaying, and maintaining bakery items
• Assist in training, developing, and motivating Associates to foster a cohesive and high-performing team
• Uphold cleanliness and sanitation standards, adhering to proper food-handling protocols
• Provide friendly and exceptional service to all customers
