Job summary

You will lead daily operations, coordinate with other leaders, and use handheld technology to plan production, manage inventory, and uphold company policies.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience in bakery production department or 6 months experience supervising a team.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Bakery production including decorating, Supervising Associates
• Food Handler Certification (Food Safety) - Certification

Responsibilities

• Lead Bakery department team to deliver on the business plan and member service objectives.
• Maintain knowledge of products, recipes and production specifications; train the team.
• Leverage digital tools and handheld tech to plan production and improve operations.
• Ensure safety, sanitation, inventory accuracy and compliance with company policies.
