The role emphasizes training, scheduling, and maintaining high safety and quality standards while delivering creative and beautiful bakery products for events and everyday occasions.

Responsibilities

• Teach, guide and support Cake Decorators to uphold Festival culture and performance standards.
• Train new Cake Decorators and provide ongoing guidance.
• Prepare weekly work schedules for Cake Decorators and conduct performance reviews.
• Assist guests with item location, special orders, packaging and pricing from the service case.
• Observe floor and back stock conditions and ensure department goals are met.
• Help Decorators with topping, finishing and decorating bakery products and manage supplies.
• Maintain cleanliness and food safety logs; uphold quality standards and set daily quantity targets.
• Answer questions from staff and handle bakery-related inquiries with proper etiquette.
• Maintain regular, timely attendance and arrange replacements when needed.
• Support the team with other duties as assigned.
