Job summary

Super One Foods in Baxter, MN is hiring a full-time Lead Baker for our Bakery Department. The position requires an energetic, friendly individual who can lead operations, follow recipes precisely, and deliver excellent customer service.

Shifts are typically morning and afternoon, starting around 9 AM and noon. Weekend work is required. Wage ranges from $18.00 to $20.00 per hour, with benefits including health insurance and retirement options. Must be 18+ and able to lift and mix ingredients.

Description

We are looking to hire a full-time Lead Baker at Baxter Super One Foods! We are seeking to hire a friendly, energetic, and helpful person to work in our Bakery Department; the Department Manager will go over specifics regarding the position during interview process. Excellent customer service is required. The shifts for this position vary, but are generally morning and afternoon shifts starting @ 9AM and Noon. WEEKENDS ARE A MUST!

• This position will require lifting and mixing of ingredients.
• This position requires precise measurement skills along with the ability to follow recipes.
• Strong customer service skills are necessary.
• wage $18.00 - $20.00 commensurate with experience.
