Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be able to follow written directions.
• Able to operate kitchen equipment (minimum age requirements may apply).
• Must be able to move quickly and do repetitive motions and tasks.
• Must be able to work with high heat.
• Must be able to work at a fast pace.
• Must be able to work in 75-85 F

Responsibilities

• Fryer: Make mixes, fry cake and yeasting donuts.
• Baker: Prepare and bake bagels, muffins and croissants.
• Finisher/Picker: Assist in production, staging and loading donuts.
• Loafer: Make dough and coffee rolls.
• Shrinker: Manipulate dough for production.
• Sanitation: Clean and sanitize racks and baskets.
• Driver: Load, transport and deliver donuts to stores.
