• Ability to lift up to 50 lb consistently and occasionally heavier objects.
• Ability to read and understand instructions and store signage.
• Knowledge of bakery operations and product handling.
• Supervisory capabilities including staff training.
• Willingness to learn multiple tasks and new procedures.
• Strong communication, guest service and selling skills.
• Minimum age 18.
• Physical stamina to bend, kneel and stand for extended periods.
• Ability to communicate effectively with store management.
• Basic computer skills for checkout and inventory.

Responsabilités

• Greet guests politely and maintain friendly interactions.
• Prepare bakery products for sale by baking, weighing, and pricing.
• Maintain product levels, quality and freshness.
• Assist with cake decorating when requested.
• Maintain sanitation in cooler, freezer, prep, and sales areas.
• Relay guest requests to management.
• Inform supervisor of temperature issues.
• Keep supply area neat and organized.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Perform front-end duties to maintain minimal wait times.
• Announce specials and sales over the PA system.
• Assist with product receiving and storage.
