Qualifications

• Must have the flexibility to work various shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet walk-in and phone guests warmly to determine their needs.
• Educate guests on NbC cake distinction and pricing.
• Suggest additional merchandise like balloons and candles.
• Process guest orders accurately using a point-of-sale system.
• Maintain a clean and organized bakery presentation.
• Replenish retail merchandise for visual presentation.
