Job summary

Wegmans Food Markets in Princeton, NJ is seeking a Bakery Associate to join our bakery department. You’ll bake, produce, and package breads, bagels, and treats while ensuring fresh, attractive displays that delight customers.

You’ll work as part of a fast-paced, people-first team, providing friendly service and answering customer questions promptly. The role offers full-time hours, a daytime schedule, and competitive hourly pay.

Responsibilities

• Bake, produce, and package baked goods.
• Provide incredible customer service and answer customer questions in a timely manner.
• Ensure fresh and appealing displays by keeping cases and aisles clean and well‑stocked.
• Follow proper stocking, rotating, and merchandising techniques to ensure freshness.
• May help unload daily deliveries and stock cases, displays, and backroom coolers with new and existing inventory.
