Responsibilities

• Maintains fresh, appealing displays by keeping cases and shelves clean and stocked; checks codes and rotates stock.
• Stocks and cleans shelves, bins, and display areas.
• Monitors spoilage and reports waste to leadership.
• Assists with sampling program, keeping sample areas full, clean and appealing.
• Assists with periodic inventory checks.
• Shows up on time, properly groomed, and ready to work.
• Provides excellent customer service, addresses needs of customers promptly and courteously.
• Maximizes sales potential through proper prep, storage, stocking, and merchandising.
• Follows health, sanitation, and safety procedures.
• Maintains a clean and sanitary working and shopping environment; maintains equipment to WFM standards.
• Performs opening, mid, and closing duties; ensures accuracy of signs and pricing.
• Reports safety hazards and violations.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
