Meijer Inc. is seeking a part-time Food Clerk to provide outstanding customer service in a fast-paced store environment. You’ll use product knowledge to assist shoppers, keep displays fresh, and work across departments to ensure a smooth store experience.

Prior retail or food service is helpful but not required. You’ll be on your feet, lifting and moving items, with a friendly, customer-first mindset and willingness to learn our technology systems.

Formación

• Experience in retail or food service is helpful, but not required.
• Strong customer interaction and service orientation.
• Comfort with learning and using job-specific technology.
• Ability to stay organized and follow safety standards.
• Willingness to be physically active and on feet for shifts.

Responsabilidades

• Build positive connections with customers and teammates.
• Share product knowledge and help customers find what they need.
• Maintain full, fresh, and visually appealing product displays.
• Stock, rotate, and merchandise product according to standards.
• Use technology to complete tasks efficiently and accurately.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and quality procedures.
• Work across departments including Meat, Seafood, Bakery, Deli, Produce and Grocery.
• Support other tasks as needed to keep operations running smoothly.
