Holiday Stationstores Inc. is seeking a Holiday Support Facility Driver for the Brooklyn Center area.

The role involves delivering fresh and frozen products to Holiday Stationstore locations in the greater Twin Cities, typically starting around 11 am and continuing until routes are complete, Sunday through Thursday. The driver will operate a 26’ straight truck, load and unload at the Brooklyn Center facility, perform vehicle inspections, use PeopleNet for routing, and maintain accurate paperwork

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Class D driver’s license in the state you reside; CDL is not required.
• One year truck driving experience required.
• A clean driving record required.
• No positive drug or alcohol test results in previous two years.
• Must be able to read loading instructions and training tests.
• Must perform simple arithmetic (add, subtract, multiply).
• Must have motivation and ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Must pass DOT Physical Capacities exam and drug screen.
• Must pass criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Safely drive a 26’ straight truck.
• Load the truck at Brooklyn Center facility.
• Unload the truck at various Holiday Stationstore locations.
• Perform pre and post trip vehicle inspections.
• Use PeopleNet GPS fleet tracking system.
• Complete appropriate paperwork.

JOB TITLE

Holiday Support Facility Driver – Brooklyn Center

Job Summary

Individual will be responsible for delivering fresh and frozen food products to various Holiday Stationstore locations in the greater Twin Cities area. The delivery of these products occurs approximately 11 am until route is complete, Sunday through Thursday.

Responsibilities

• Safely drive a 26’ straight truck
• Load the truck at Holiday Support Facility in Brooklyn Center, MN
• Unload the truck at various Holiday Stationstore locations
• Perform pre and post trip vehicle inspections.
• Utilize PeopleNet – a GPS Fleet Tracking system
• Complete appropriate paperwork
• Re-fuel the truck
• Interact with Stationstore employees, co-workers and customers in a courteous and professional manner
• Other duties as assigned by HSF Management, Supervisors and/or Leads
• Perform all duties in compliance with DOT, USDA, FDA, OSHA and state and local regulations and company policies and procedures; including safety guidelines and the use of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP’s). KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND OTHER QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
• Must be at least 21 years of age

Physical Requirements

$24.00 hr + $1.00 differential
