You will assist customers, perform product prep, ensure food safety, and coordinate with management on inventory and labeling. The role requires standing for long periods, lifting up to 50 lbs, and a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced retail bakery environment.
• Ability to follow food safety and quality standards.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long shifts.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the U.S.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with bakery and cake orders in-store and by phone.
• Stock and rotate bakery products to keep cases fresh.
• Prepare doughs, batters, and mixtures for breads, cakes, and pastries.
• Follow safety programs and sanitize equipment and counters.
• Support bakery team and communicate inventory needs to management.
• Transport products between storage, shelves, and monitor freshness.
• Ensure labeling accuracy and compliance with weights and measures laws.
• Perform additional tasks to support bakery operations.
