Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED, at least six months bakery experience, and the ability to operate bakery equipment. Flexible hours and a team-oriented environment are expected.

Qualifications

• Six months of related bakery experience or equivalent experience.
• High School Diploma (or GED) required.
• Must be able to work a variety of required retail hours and operate department equipment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with questions; promote sales within the bakery.
• Receive, inspect, and log products for accuracy of shipment and quality.
• Weigh, wrap, label, and stock products; maintain freshness and display appeal.
• Maintain knowledge of products and guide customers to items and locations.
• Prepare baked goods following company guidelines and safety procedures.
• Communicate customer requests to management and follow department procedures.
• Operate bakery equipment and keep work areas clean and safe.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
