• Prepare seasonal critiques for the supervisor.
• Stay current with ads and inform associates accordingly.
• Monitor and control department expenses.
• Assist management with budget and financial reports.
• Schedule price changes and manage inventory process.
• Adhere to food safety regulations and safety programs.
• Notify management of accidents and safety risks.
• Report safety or illegal issues.
