• Recommend items to meet customer needs.
• Use bakery equipment per guidelines (refrigerators, ovens, slicers).
• Follow food safety and temperature logs; cook per instructions.
• Label and inventory ingredients and department goods.
• Maintain store layout knowledge and assist customers.
