• Grocery Clerk offers product samples to help customers discover items.
• Inform customers of bakery/deli specials and promotions.
• Provide customers with fresh products and correct portions to minimize shrink.
• Use bakery equipment (refrigerators, freezers, slicers, ovens) per guidelines.
• Prepare foods according to temperature logs and recipes.
• Label, stock and inventory department merchandise and monitor stock levels.
• Maintain proper temperatures and cleanliness; uphold safety standards.
