Job summary

Responsibilities

• Prepare items per customer requests using bakery equipment.
• Offer product samples to help customers discover items.
• Inform customers of bakery/deli specials.
• Provide fresh products that customers ordered and correct portions.
• Use bakery equipment (refrigerators, freezers, slicers, ovens) per guidelines.
• Label, stock and inventory department merchandise.
• Monitor temperatures and maintain temperature logs.
• Respond to customer questions and make product suggestions.
• Maintain store cleanliness and safety standards.
