• Use bakery equipment according to guidelines.
• Prepare foods following temperature logs and recipes.
• Label, stock and inventory merchandise; monitor dates and quality.
• Ensure proper temperatures and maintain temperature logs.
• Answer customer questions and support their shopping experience.
