Responsibilities include offering product samples, informing customers of specials, providing fresh products, recommending items, using bakery equipment, preparing foods, measuring ingredients, packaging, checking quality, handling inventory, maintaining proper temperatures, promoting trust among staff, creating welcoming environments, adhering to safety regulations, and managing conflicts professionally.
