Essential Job Functions:

• Prepare bakery and deli items per customer requests using proper equipment.
• Offer product samples to help customers discover new items.
• Inform customers of bakery and deli specials.
• Provide fresh products in correct portions to prevent shrink.
• Recommend items to customers based on their needs.
• Operate bakery equipment following company guidelines.
• Follow food safety procedures, including temperature logs and cooking instructions.
• Measure, prepare, and mix ingredients using appropriate utensils and equipment.
• Package, label, and inventory ingredients and products.
• Check product quality and expiry dates, taking appropriate action.
• Maintain inventory and stock levels, report discrepancies.
• Ensure proper temperatures in cases and coolers.
• Create a welcoming environment for customers.
• Adhere to food safety and safety procedures, reporting unsafe conditions.
• Inspect equipment and notify management of repairs needed.
• Handle customer and employee accidents appropriately.
• Work cooperatively in a high-paced environment, managing conflict professionally.
• Act with honesty and integrity, following directions, and seeking help when needed.
• Support minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults.

Salary Range: $17.50 - $22.61
