• Provide customers with fresh products ordered and accurate portions.
• Recommend deli or bakery items to meet customer needs.
• Use bakery equipment (refrigerators, freezers, slicers, ovens) per guidelines.
• Prepare foods following recipes and temperature logs.
• Label and inventory items; check sell-by dates and take action.
• Maintain proper temperatures in cases and coolers; log temperatures.
• Create a welcoming environment and respond to product questions.
