Qualifications

• 6 months' experience in fresh production area.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross functional teams and educate other associates on tools, tasks and resources.
• Plan bakery productions ensuring quality and accuracy of designs, using decorating bags, tips and nozzles.
• Leverage digital tools to drive sales and assist in production and product quality decisions.
• Drive bakery area performance with focus on quality, date control, waste reduction and seasonality events.
• Be a brand ambassador, delivering high-quality service and inspiring team members.
