Job summary

Push Operations in Ardmore, PA is seeking a bakery team member to read Crumbl recipes, decorate and display finished products, and ensure food safety and quality controls. You will greet customers, take orders, handle payments, and provide exceptional service while maintaining a clean and organized workstation.

This role requires standing for full shifts, willingness to work weekends and holidays, and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment with flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Pleasant interactive skills.
• Attention to detail, especially when performing quality inspections on ingredients and products.
• Basic phone applications and basic math skills is required.
• Ability to work independently or with other team members to solve problems, fulfill orders, and create excellent baked goods.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Read and understand Crumbl recipes
• Decorate and display the finished product
• Ensure finished goods meet food safety and quality controls
• Greet customers, answer questions, make recommendations, accept orders and payments, and provide exceptional customer service
• Cleaning and restocking the workstation and ensuring all equipment is sanitized
• Be able to stand for the entire shift
