Job summary

El Rio Grande Latin Market is hiring for a bakery associate to prepare and decorate a variety of cakes and pastries, while learning to use bakery equipment safely. You will assist customers, handle packaging and inventory, and support the bakery team in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of bakery experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and strong teamwork and communication skills. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Qualifications

• Ability to read safety rules and manuals.
