Job summary

Tony’s Market in Littleton, CO seeks a Bakery Customer Service team member to deliver extraordinary service, greet customers, and manage special orders. You will assist with baking tasks, food service, and order fulfillment while upholding safety and sanitation standards.

Responsibilities include assisting customers with inquiries, educating on products, and coordinating transfers or special orders. A friendly, organized approach and 1–2 years bakery experience are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Immediately greet all customers and ensure extraordinary customer service.
• Provide extraordinary service by responding to customer inquiries, fulfilling special requests or coordinating transfers and resolving complaints.
• Educate customers and suggest additional services or products to increase sales.
• Take orders and write items on tickets.
• Prepare baked goods such as cookies, pies, brownies using recipes or directions.
• Serve food, beverages, or pastries to customers.
• Wrap items for customer orders and label with pricing.
• Review orders for completeness; contact management for special orders or stock checks at other stores.
• Fulfill special orders using available tools.
• Restock demos and display cases.
