Job summary

Mariano's is seeking a bakery team member to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a clean, safe bakery department. You will assist in achieving sales goals, prepare bakery items to order, and ensure freshness and proper portions while engaging with customers.

Ideal candidates will have basic math skills, effective communication, and a current food handlers permit. Bakery or retail experience is a plus and a second language is welcomed.

Responsibilities

• Assist the department manager in reaching sales and profit goals.

• Answer questions about products and locate items in the store.
