• Use bakery equipment (refrigerators, freezers, slicers, ovens) per guidelines.
• Prepare foods following recipes and temperature logs.
• Measure and mix ingredients with kitchen utensils and equipment.
• Label, stock, and inventory department merchandise.
• Review dates and actions to ensure product quality.
• Ensure proper temperatures and temperature logs are maintained.
• Adhere to safety procedures and identify unsafe conditions.
• Inspect equipment and report needed repairs.
• Notify management of accidents and safety risks.
• Report safety or illegal activity as required.
