Crumbl Cookies is hiring immediately for Crew Members to join their team! Skilled, creative Crew Members strive to provide excellent baked items and service in an efficient, professional manner.

The Crew Member will execute and understand recipes, perform quality checks on ingredients and finished products, use icing, glazes, fillings, and other toppings to enhance item presentation, and process orders from customers.

Qualifications

• Efficient and friendly with a focus on food quality.
• Organized, decisive, and attentive to detail.
• Strong understanding of baking techniques.

Responsibilities

• Read and understand recipes.
• Measure and combine ingredients using mixers and blenders to make cookies.
• Decorate and display finished products to enhance presentation.
• Test ingredients and finished goods to ensure safety and quality.
• Greet customers, answer questions, take orders and payments while delivering great service.
• Keep records of deliveries, inventory, and production levels.
• Take client information and ensure on-time deliveries.
• Clean and restock workstation and sanitize equipment for the next shift.
