Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of Milk Bar's menu to suggest pairings and upsell.
• Collaborate with team to ensure smooth shift operations and brand standards.
• Act as a brand ambassador and represent Milk Bar positively.
• Address guest inquiries or complaints professionally.
• Prepare Milk Bar products and perform daily quality audits.
• Operate touchscreen POS to process transactions accurately.
• Communicate menu offerings to guests in person and by phone.
• Keep bakery clean, organized, and visually appealing.
