• Sets up packaging material based on order, fills cookies based on matrix, inserts packingmaterials tocomplete the product based on specification
• Createssamplesforretailandwholesalesampling
• Maintainsproductknowledgeandgeneralinformation
• Fillspackagedproducts intocasesanddatesandstoresindesignatedlocation
• Operatesandassistsinvariousbakeryequipmentsuchasheat-sealinggun,sealingmachine, table top chocolate tempering machine, flow wrappers, chocolate tempering tanks, and vertical feeder
• Performsquality control checks consistently and properly throughout the bakery production processes
• Ensures that raw ingredients and raw materials used are of good quality and appropriate quantity
• Makes surethatallperishableitemsarestoredandrotatedproperly
• Cross-trains with other department members for maximum flexibility
• Observes color of cookies (unbaked and baked) and informs Baker of not up to standard quality
• Observesproductsacrossmultiplestages,includingensureproperweights,baking, quantity/ distribution, cooling timeline, and label accuracy
• AssistsOrderFulfillmentandPackingproductionduringpeakseason
• Ensures all bakery products and ingredients are properly labeled and dated following FIFO and best before date standard protocols
• Reportsanyissuesorproblemswithproductionleadortoimmediatesupervisor
• Participatesintrainingandprogressdevelopments
• Performsotherdutiesasassigned
