Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with customers in a friendly, service-oriented manner.
• Organize products in display cases and maintain fully stocked shelves.
• Communicate with management and baking team to address issues.
• Conduct regular inventory to ensure proper stock levels.
• Maintain standards for cleanliness, safety, and food handling.
• Stock and price bakery items; rotate stock and discard outdated items.
• Operate bakery equipment safely (mixers, blenders, heat sources).
• Take food orders in person and by phone.
• All other duties as assigned.
